  • Loss of Rent can be arranged for Short Term Accommodation risks where you're able to show evidence of lost income through past or future booking details.

  • Rent Default is not available for these types of properties 

  • We may need to arrange an additional Home Contents policy if you keep personal effects at the property that fall outside the definition of contents within the Landlords Insurance policy wordings
